Magical Fairy Cake

The Magical Fairy Castle Cake would have to be one of the easiest cakes to make (there’s NO baking!) and the girls just love it!
All you need to do is buy:
4 Large Swiss Rolls (jam centres)
1 Packet of mini Swiss Rolls
Assorted lollies to decorate: i.e. Freckles, Jubes, Marshmallows (& mini marshmallows), Hearts, Pink Musksticks, round flat Mints and ‘Nerds’.
Directions:
Cut large swiss rolls in different sizes to make the building look like it’s on various levels. Place small swiss rolls on the tops of some large swiss rolls for ‘chimneys’ or just interesting looking roof lines. Also shape some large swiss roll tops to form curved roof lines. Ice with 2 different colours (I used pink and purple).
Icing: 125gm butter, 2 tbsp milk, 1 1/2 cups icing sugar. Beat butter until fluffy, add half icing sugar and milk, beat, add remaining icing sugar.
Decorate with various lollies. Use ‘Nerds’ to make path-way with mini marshmallows. Cut musk sticks on an angle for a different effect. Use a skewer to ‘cut’ lines to look like brick work.
