Mummy Head Cake

Used a Wiltons sports ball pan to make the mummy, buttercream and covered in fondant stripes with eyes made of fondant also.
The ground is crushed choc. grahm crackers, all figures are molded from gum paste and hand painted in wiltons food colorings. The cake is a carrot cake that is from a box.
Bake cake according to pan directions NOT BOX
let cool in fridge over night, shave off excess so both molds fit evenly on top of another, crumb coat and with buttercream icing.
Cut strips of fondant and wrap on cake over the butter cream icing, mold round eyes from fondant color in your choice, dry put on cake using icing to stabilize and cover some of the eye with mummy strips.
GraveYard: crush 2 packs of choc, grahm crackers and I put icing down on covered cake board to hold in place.
Mold pumpkins, spiders, head stones, etc. and paint with food coloring of your choice and place in yard as you desire.
