Snowflake Cupcakes

This recipe is for about 18 cupcakes
Cupcakes:
3 medium sized eggs
1,3 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 cup of milk
100 grams of melted butter
100 grams of white choclate chopped into crums
about 130 grams of frozen or fresh berries (I used lingonberries)
Frosting:
caramel fudge
powdered sugar
melted butter
snowflake sprinkles on top
– Make a foam of the sugar and eggs
– Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the bowl
– Mix gently while adding the choclate, milk and butter
– Add the berries
– Bake in the oven at 400 F / 200 C for about 20 minutes.
– Let cupcakes cool down before you frost them.
