Popcorn Relay Race

You’ll need- Empty bowls The aim is to for each team to fill an empty bowl on the opposite side of the room with popcorn using a measuring cup. Each player fills their cup and has to carry it across the room without spilling too much!The team who finishes first wins the game. |

Thankerchief
Here a handkerchief is used to play the game which goes around a circle of children. Each child is passed the Thankerchief and can say what they are thankful for after everone recites the poem:
Handkerchief, Handkerchief, around you go,Where you stop, nobody knows.But when you do, someone must say,What they are thankful for this very day.
Stool Ball
It’s an old game, where a three legged stool is used. One stands as “Stoole” and tries to defend the stool with a stick while the others try to knock the stool over with a ball. Where as the “stoolie” defends to drive away the ball with a stick. No hands can be used.
Bird, Beast or Fish
Here every one sits facing each other. Think fast. When the leader of the game says “BIRD,” “BEAST,” or “FISH.” The player must name a animal before the time count down is finished but without any repetitions. It helps children to learn all the names of birds, animals, fish etc.
