Spaghetti Cupcakes

Spaghetti Cupcakes

YOU WILL NEED:

cupcakes (baked)
buttercream icing
yellow food coloring
Ferraro Rocher chocolates
seedless raspberry jam
white chocolate

Bake cupcakes. Use food coloring to create a pale yellow butercream icing and put it into a piping bag with a round tip on it (the hole in the tip should be about the size of cooked spaghetti). Put your cupcakes all together (touching) in the centre of a tray. Pipe the pale yellow icing all over the top randomly, like cooked spaghetti would look in a strainer.

Unwrap a bunch of Ferraro Rocher chocolates. These will be your meatballs.

Warm some seedless raspberry jam in the microwave until it is about spaghetti sauce consistency; let cool slightly so it doesn’t melt the chocolates. Place one (or more) Ferraro Rocher chocolate on each cupcake, and spoon the raspberry jam over as your spaghetti sauce.

Take a fine grater, and grate white chocolate over top for parmesan cheese.
